Sustainable home goods store, my role as UX/UI Designer was to create a seamless user experience. Updating the checkout flow, adding a auto ship feature and contributing to the art direction.

Customer Needs & Business Objectives

DEFINE:
UX Updates and Brand Guidelines

Collaborated with stakeholders to define the objectives of updating the B2B and D2C websites to inform our conscious consumerism. This included adding an autoship feature, optimizing the checkout flow, re-designing the B2B website and auditing the design system.

Marketing and Art Direction

Engaged cross-functional teams in workshops to brainstorm ideas for engaging with customers in the D2C and B2B space. Creating marketing campaigns around product launches and sustainability messaging. Exploring features such as exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and personalized recommendations.

High Fidelity Prototypes, Art Direction & User Testing

This includes the re-design of the membership homepage introducing personalization and recommendations. A/B Testing landing pages and homepages on a monthly basis and assisting in art direction for monthly e-commerce shoots and two campaigns.
